If you are a couple seeking a seamless, end-to-end experience. We handle every element— venue visits, design concepts, vendor sourcing, timeline management, guest experience, and day-of execution— allowing you to enjoy the process without the overwhelm.

Your planner should be the first thing you book, before your venue or any other vendor. Most planner fees include venue negotiations and can guide you best regarding your event budgetting, prior to locking in a venue that might cost a little too much.

Mutual understanding is key. This person will be by your side through planning the most important celebration of your life - they should feel like the best friend you can comfortably share all thoughts with. Their expertise in your region is also noteworthy.

10 to 16 months is the sweet spot. Exceptional vendors book up about an year or even sooner in advance.

The venue coordinator or in-house planner from venues work for the venue. Their job is limited in nature to helping you with the basics for planning and they prioritize the best interests of the venue. Working with a full-service planner will guarantee that you have someone in the industry on your side and all the little details for handled without stress!
